There were bed bugs in the room. The manager did refund the room cost and apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel was upscale and fairly clean. the rooms were exceptionally clean. the property staff was amicable and excellent. the location was central, close to the center of town. It was very close to local restaurants and places, an easy drive to nearby attractions, and Lake Michigan.

The hotel provides excellent service. Additionally, they offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which is great. Its location is central, close to the town center.

The hotel is safe and located in a decent area. The breakfast offered a good choice of options, including coffee and toast. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The property is in a perfect location near downtown, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to highways. The JB and Me store is just 2 miles away.

not much. the location was okay
Did not like the fact the sink was not in the toilet area; did not like the fan in the toilet area did not work. If all Days Inns are like this, I don't think I'll be staying at another one. I stayed at a Best Western, for $89 per night. The room was bigger, the facility was cleaner and the price was MUCH better.

I had REALLY REALLY NICE days staying at this family-friendly hotel. Everything was fine, clean property, exceptionally nice and unbeatable location to the main areas. Location: the hotel was just next door to local restaurants and places to visit in the area as well as downtown and facilities.
